Terms and Conditions
- QUOTE
- Ask for a quote by sending an email to us. You will have your quote within 24 hours. In order for us to prepare your quotation, we will need to know:
- Styles of garment(s) required (chosen either from our own wide ranges or by referencing any sample or design of your own)
- Colours or colour ways
- Fabrics applicable to the garment
- Details of any decoration (screen printing, embroidery, or other …)
- Quantity required
- Special conditions and requirements (if any)
- MIN. ORDER
- 300 units per style per colour way, subject to availability of fab¬ric and possibility of dying fabric.
- LEAD TIME
- 4-8 weeks by sea subject to confirmation and sample approval.
- SAMPLING
- We will supply either a physical sample or a digital sample for your approval.
For samples we may charge some costs + GST + overseas ex¬press freight (if there is no purchase order placed).
The sample charge is credited back to you if a consequent in¬dent purchase order is placed. A re-sample may cost you extra + GST + overseas express freight, if due to a customer’s change.
- CHANGES & CANCELLATION
- We may accept changes to or cancellations of indent orders where circumstances permit; however there may be costs and charges involved e.g. if the fabrics have already been prepared, changes or cancellations would involve charges.
- FAULTY & QUANTITY ALLOWANCE
- 2% of any delivery may include minimally faulty items;
Please allow 5% for over or short supply for any order less than 1,000 units;
and 3% over or short supply for any orders more than 1,000 units.
