What is an indent order?

An indent order is an order placed for the goods to be made off-shore (china) we don’t do custom made styles locally.

What sort of jobs suits an indent order?

A job that has a large unit quantity, with decoration. A job that you can’t source locally or the item you require is very expensive for local production and/or other suppliers.

All you need to do is email indent@newwaves.com.au ( never any discrepancies with email) what you would like. We need to know style, fabric, colour and decoration (what method and how many positions)

E.g. 5,000 mens t-shirts, red. Two colour print on front and back.

How long does an indent order take?

An indent order takes roughly 6-10 weeks upon sample approval. In saying that, some styles take longer than this due to the difficulty of the style or fabric. A delivery date will be given with each individual quote.

Is there a pre-production sample?

Yes, we supply a pre-production sample for all indent jobs. Either a physical sample or by email, only if agreed by you. We don’t start production until we have your approval.

What are the advantages of an indent job?

We own and operate our own factory.therefore an indent job with us is professional, experienced, quick and on budget. All our indent jobs come individually poly-bagged and boxed ready to go to your client. Nothing else needs to be done. It’s easy for you!!

What if the client has a sample that they want copied? Can that be used?

We have matched fabric from samples produced by the clients before. The options are endless when it comes to an indent job.

How can we trust our goods will arrive?

We are very strong and mature with our indent orders. We have the flexibility to control what jobs our factory does and when. We can swap jobs around to ensure your indent order arrives when we said it would. Containers arrive weekly direct from our factory in china, with indent orders always a priority.
