• Q: Have you been around long?

  Since 2003, the Quoz brand has aspired to manufacture consistent value for money products. In that time we have supplied the promotional marketplace with shirts for many diverse purposes. Rock concerts, promotions, major fun runs, motor racing etc. Many corporations have found pleasure in using our products.

• Q: Where do your products come from?

  All our range is manufactured in China. We have direct connections to factories there. We are not an agent, we are the manufacturer.

• Q: How do I buy Quoz brand products?

  We sell our products through an extensive network of chosen Promotional Products distributors, embroiderers or printers. Contact your local reseller. They will be able to source our products for you.

• Q: Is everything on this website available?

  We carry stock of all things on the Quoz stock range.

• Q: What is the colour or style I am looking for is not here?

  We can customize products for you directly from China. Minimum numbers apply. Please contact your nearest reseller of our brand for full details.

• Q: Do you guarantee your product?

  We guarantee our products against faulty workmanship. We stand behind the quality and consistency of our brand.

• Q: Do you have size charts for clothing?

  Each apparel item on the website and in our printed catalogue has a size chart. Styles will vary in sizing because their uses may differ. A slim fitting garment will have different sizing to a loose fitting garment.

• Q: What about Garment standards?

  All Garments conform to the Aus/NZ standards, as published on our website. All garments are manufactured to our own strict quality standards and carry full washing instruction labels.

• Q: What is APPA?

  Quoz is proudly and Australian Supplier and member of APPA. The Australasian Promotional Products Association is our member association. It is the only association in the promotional products industry offering member support.
